Amberia is a stand-up comic, writer, and producer who made her late-night television debut on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
She has written for The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, the Oscars, Golden Globes, Emmys, and the Mark Twain Prize, and for television series including TBS’s The Last O.G., Paramount+’s Real Husbands of Hollywood, and ABC’s The Wonder Years. She served as a co-producer on Nat Geo’s Moonshot and is currently a producer on Lil Kev for Paramount+.
She is also a co-author of UCLA’s annual Hollywood Diversity Report and holds a PhD in Sociology from UCLA
